Getting started

To begin using Apsona:
  1. Sign up for an Apsona account. During the sign-up process, you can choose the shopping cart application for which you want your Apsona account configured. Currently we support Zen Cart and osCommerce.
  2. Download and install the Apsona add-on for your shopping cart application.
  3. Sign in to your Apsona account.
  4. You will see a menu item labeled "Zen Cart connector" (or "osCommerce connector" depending on your application) under the "Settings" menu. Choose this item to connect to your cart administration application .
    Apsona will download your data records into its local database.
  5. You're now ready to use Apsona.

Some notes

The first time you use Apsona, you will probably want to download all your data records. On subsequent occasions, you can restrict the downloaded orders to just those that have been placed since a date you specify. Note also that, when Apsona re-downloads a record that already exists in its local database, it overwrites its copy, rather than creating a new record.
