We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer (such as survey information and/or site registrations). Information Gathering and UsageWhen you sign up with Apsona, we ask for information such as your name, email address, store name and URL. We store this information in our system and use it for provisioning products and services, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research. Your payment process may involve furnishing your address and credit card information, but that information is not stored in our systems, only by PayPal or other payment system. We may also gather information about usage patterns of our products so that we may improve performance. However, we will not inspect or extract any data from customer applications without the customer's explicit consent.
- A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a web site's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive. Cookies are of two kinds, transient (session-only) and non-transient (that stay alive between sessions).
- Cookies are required to use Apsona services.
Apsona uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run our services. Although Apsona owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Apsona services and applications, you retain all rights to your data.
Apsona may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with United States or California laws, subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.
Apsona may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your primary account holder account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
